This scholarship has a special place in my heart as it allowed me to afford my own journey abroad to Ghana. It is a financial aid based scholarship awarding around 2,900 scholarships up to $5,000 each. There is also an extra $3,000 available for people studying a critical language in a country. This means an individual has the opportunity to be awarded up to a combined total of $8,000.
